Week 3:  Blood sugar balancing: what sugar really does to your body;  the reprocussions and diseases that occur from blood sugar imbalance; how sugar makes you gain weight.

Week 4: The truth about FATS: what fats do to your body; which fats to eat, which to avoid, and why.
