Enjoying some much needed R&R. The beach is like magic to me. It is honestly one of the only places where I can completely decompress and rejuvenate guilt-free for a long period of time. In our crazy world of GO GO GO it is so important to make the time to rest. Both mentally and physically. Beach vacations are great for this, but making rest a daily practice is even more effective. Setting aside just 10 minutes a day to sit in silence, meditate, take an Epsom salt bath, walk in nature or anything that brings you that sense of Zen will have amazing effects on your health and productivity.
